GENERAL
- You agree to all terms listed in this document by commissioning me.
- I reserve the right to not accept commissions I am uncomfortable with. I will not draw anything I deem offensive or hateful.
- The cost of commissions may vary from the listed prices based on complexity (e.g., accessories, colors, fur, number of characters).
- My main job outside of art is streaming, so I very much appreciate permission to work on my commissions live on stream! Please let me know if you want your commission to be private.
- If you post the commission on social media, you will credit me as @Kurisumasu_tv. You can link to various social media or here.PAYMENTS
- A deposit payment is necessary before I start work. Under $50 needs to be paid in full.
- If sketches have started and you would like to stop or cancel, you will be refunded 50%.
- If coloring (or line art for line art only) has begun, you cannot get a refund. I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund (if applicable) for any client due to rude behavior or poor communication.
- YCH events other than emotes are not eligible for refunds.REVISIONS
- At no charge, no more than three changes may be made at the sketch stage. Any changes will cost extra once I move to the line art/coloring.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The time frame for completed commissions ranges from 1 day to 10 days, depending on the type of commission (I aim for the lower end of the spectrum and would much rather get work done quickly). Please be considerate of this and let me know if you need it by a certain time – a rush fee may apply.USE
- Personal use for personal OC only (e.g., icon/profile picture, collection, PC/ wallpaper).
- Commercial use for Vtuber activity (icon, banner, etc.) / Streaming content / Merchandise / Ads. The price x2
- All Vtuber characters count as commercial use. I will not do Vtuber's commission works for personal use. Due to many clients' use that violates the agreement to avoid commercial fees.
- NOTHING I make may be used for any blockchain technology, such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, or anything else invented in the future related to it. and use my work to train any AI-generated. I do not wish to be associated with this.
